Construction Project Manager, 2Life Communities
In his role as project manager at Framingham-based 2Life Communities, Samuels oversees every detail, from sink height to fixtures to hallways and community spaces, around the construction and renovation projects that provide affordable housing solutions for senior adults. Samuels is known as someone who constantly goes out of his way to manage each detail with care in an effort to minimize the impact of building renovations on people in the building. His tenure at 2Life began as maintenance supervisor at the Shillman House in Framingham, giving him a deep appreciation of residents’ needs. Samuels is focused on minimizing the environmental impact by earning certifications from the International Passive House Association, IPHA, and Wentworth Institute of Technology.
