Certificate of Origin
The Charles River Regional Chamber offers two options for exporters to obtain a Certificate of Origin stamp. Rates vary based on membership status.
Electronic Processing
Available via a partnership with the American World Trade Chamber of Commerce. Once you are registered as a user, documents submitted by 8pm will be processed the same day.
Cost: $17 per document for members, $50 per document for nonmembers (price inclusive for multi-page documents).

Registered Users: Login here to process your documents.
Once processed, the authenticity of each document can be verified by customs worldwide through the International Chamber of Commerce Accreditation Chain. For full document verification, visit certificateoforigin.com.
In Person Stamp/Seal
You may obtain an embossed seal or stamp on original documents via appointment during standard business hours at our Needham office. Please contact us at 617-244-5300 or email info@charlesriverchamber.com to make arrangements in advance (we are unable to accommodate walk-ins at this time).
Cost: Free for members, $50 per stamp for nonmembers.
Please note that you are responsible for understanding the specific documentation requirements for the destination country of your shipment, as these rules may vary. The Charles River Regional Chamber is only able to provide an authentication for your certificate. We do not provide notary services.
