Midha is a physician who works at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Beth Israel Deaconess in Needham as well as holding positions at Harvard Medical School and Boston University School of Medicine in the field of hospital medicine. After attending a conference that sparked her interest in workplace bias, she founded the Diversity and Inclusion Committee at Beth Israel Deaconess - Needham. Midha is a passionate clinician-educator with a focus on social justice, diversity, and inclusion presenting on bystander and upstander training, implicit bias, and facilitated anti-racism sessions, among other projects, to educate others about diversity, equity, and inclusion. She received a B.S. in Biology and a B.A. in Spanish from Boston University, aM.S. in Biomedical Science at UMDNJ, and a medical degree from St. Georgeās University School of Medicine.
