Edgehill is a visionary strategist who sees her purpose as helping organizations stand up to their best and most authentic selves. The seeds of Edgehill’s approach to her work were planted during her childhood in Harlem, giving her a strong awareness of the challenges faced by Black Americans. Edgehill earned a doctorate from Columbia University and holds leadership roles in both the corporate and nonprofit worlds.
Currently, she is a senior vice president at Natick-based The TJX Companies, Inc. where she has overseen the transformation of the business’s organizational development, community relations, and inclusion and diversity programs. Before TJX, Edgehill was president and CEO of The Partnership, Inc. where she helped launch a “new conversation about diversity” in the Boston business community.
