Carrington is a strategic and passionate leader who is committed to creating diverse, equitable, and inclusive organizations. As the vice president of DEI & talent development at Needham-based SharkNinja, Carrington works to facilitate and deliver partnerships, opportunities, and connections to underrepresented populations to empower, elevate, and amplify unheard and overlooked voices.

In her previous role as manager of global talent development at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Carrington was responsible for overseeing the development and advancement of talent on a global scale. DEI and philanthropy are at her core striving to create diverse, equitable, and inclusive organizations that foster belonging and cultivate leaders who are authentic and lead with a DEI mindset. Carrington holds an M.A. in Education from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a B.A. in Sociology from Savannah State University.
